Benton's Old Fashioned
Style: Meaty, luscious cocktail
2 ounces fat-washed Four Roses bourbon*
1/4 ounce grade B maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: orange peel
Add the fat-washed bourbon, maple syrup and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cubes.
Express the oil of an orange peel over the cocktail and drop in the peel.
