Casse Noisette (Nutcracker)


1 oz. hazelnut liqueur
1 oz. vodka
1 1/2 oz. fresh cream
1 dash grenadine syrup
Ice cubes


In a shaker, combine the almond liqueur, vodka and fresh cream in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Gently pour the grenadine syrup over the back of a spoon to create a layered cocktail.
Garnish according to your inspiration.
