Style: Complex tropical cocktail
1 1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz falernum
leaves mint sprig and pineapple (for garnish)
Add all the ingredients into a highball glass
Fill with crushed ice and mix by spinning a swizzle stick between the palm of your hands until the outside of the glass becomes frosty.
Top with more crushed ice
Add mint (and any other garnishes), a straw, and serve.
